Yes, we do! Do email us at enquiry@miniandtot.com.sg with the product and shipping address. Thereafter we will give you the details of the courier, shipping quotation and approximate shipping time. Please note that any taxes or duty imposed by the country's Immigration (if any) is entirely payable to the recipient. You may wish to call the respective immigration authority to check on customs clearance before you proceed with your order. Mini & Tot will not be liable for goods held by customs.
We do sell gift boxes upon request. Kindly drop us an email if gift wrapping/note writing services are required.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been packed and dispatched, we might be able to cancel it. However, please note that as our warehouse works continuously on delivering orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
We will send you a confirmation by email as soon as your order has come through in our system. Please note that the confirmation email may not be immediate.

If you have not received your order after more than 5 working days from date of purchase, feel free to give us a call or drop us an email. 
We can only exchange item(s) for the same item in a different size. You will be able return your item as long as the item is in the same condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags still attached within 14 days.
Yes, we have included a size chart under descriptions of each product (apparels only). Please note that this is a guideline only (sizing differs from brand to brand).
In the unfortunate case that you have received a faulty / damaged item, please contact us at enquiry@miniandtot.com.sg within 7 working days. In such cases, do not wear, wash or remove any tagging from the faulty item. Mini & Tot reserves the right to reject any “faulty returns” otherwise.
You can pay with your credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and paypal. You can pay through Paypal as a guest using your credit / debit card.
We currently only offer standard delivery of 3 to 5 working days. Delivery will be fulfilled by Mini&Tot or through external courier services. For a specific delivery dates, feel free to contact us. We will be pleased to assist you:)
